Ch. 8: Downs-Hazen Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire

Key Idea:
        ComSat has been proven to be effectively thorough, quick, and easy when collecting feedback from personal to corporate level inquiries.

Reflection:
        I feel as though questionnaires can be effective, but not exactly sure how they can be thorough. If I were to receive a questionnaire from work, I probably wouldn't be as elaborate as I would in an interview.  I would understand that this process would help whoever is auditing my company, but I wouldn't be as assured of confidentiality versus stating my responses verbally. However, I believe auditors should still use this tool as an additional resource when analyzing feedback. It could potentially lead to more responses, and employees would be able to respond at their own rate and time.
